COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a Japanese Logistic Company in Ha Noi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Import Operations:
 
  • Receive pre-alerts from overseas, file manifests, send arrival notices, and release delivery orders to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers for import customs clearance, update cargo release details to consignees (CNEE).
  • Verify import procedures and requirements, including MSDS, HS codes, and import licenses, and respond to customer and overseas inquiries.
  • Input revenue/cost data into the system, confirm costs with agents, and handle the internal data entry and billing (Debit/Credit Notes).
  • Stay updated on import regulations and compliance.
  • Liaise with other departments and overseas offices.
  • Support other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Export Operations:
 
  • Manage inquiries from customers/overseas agents and arrange bookings.
  • Coordinate export customs clearance procedures and provide updates to customers.
  • Verify export documentation requirements, such as MSDS, HS codes.
  • Issue House Bills, update VGM/MBL, and manage submissions to AFR, ENS, AMS, and FMC as required.
  • Send pre-alerts to overseas agents and relevant parties.
  • Enter revenue/cost data into the system, confirm costs with agents, and manage billing processes.
  • Track and manage telex releases from carriers.
  • Stay informed of export laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and international offices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-4 years in freight forwarding/logistics (air/sea freight, customs brokerage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • High responsibility, team-oriented, and motivated to learn.
